Move-in & Move-out

Below are the dates and general move-in times.

Exhibitors will be emailed specific move-in times two weeks before the show date.

Please note:

• Exhibitors are permitted to move-in during or after their specific move-in time.
• Hard-toed shoes are to be worn during move-in and move-out.
• Exhibitors may continue to set-up and organize their booths after their scheduled move-in time.

All Exhibitors must complete the Lange Move-in Questionnaire. It allows Lange to understand the move-in requirements for each booth.

Also, it gives Lange a rough estimate of how much freight each Exhibitor has coming on to the show floor.

Sunday, October 27 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9:00-12:00, 12:00-3:00, 3:00-5:00)

Monday, October 28 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (8:00-11:00, 11:00-2:00)

Tuesday, October 29 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM hand-carry items. Early access must be approved by Show Management.

Please note:

Wednesday, October 30 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (After the aisle carpets have been removed)

Thursday, October 31 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please note:

• GIC follows a last in first out (LIFO) policy.
• Hard toe shoes are recommended during move-out.
• The Exhibitor is responsible to secure all items, materials, and products left on the show floor during move-out.
  • The Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers, Lange, the Toronto Congress Centre, and its associated suppliers are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
  • Several ways to secure your booth after hours during move-out:
    • Lange Security Cage is one method to help keep your items secure. Please see Section 3 for more information.
      •  Security Cage Order Form
    • Use plastic wrap to secure all items you would like to keep, together.
    • Clearly label items you do not wish to be taken or removed. Also, clearly label items that Second Harvest may take by using the Second Harvest labels.
