Show Services & Order Forms

The Order Forms Checklist provides a list of deadlines to complete forms and order services through the suppliers for GIC.

The Key Supplier Contact lists all suppliers and a brief description of the services they provide.

Exhibitor Badge Registration

Each Exhibiting company receives five (5) complimentary badges for 100 sq. ft. of booth space.

Additional badges can be purchased for $40.00 + HST.

Exhibit Design Form

The Exhibit Design assists in keeping the booth designs consistent and fair.

Also, it identifies booths that will be serving food samples and other information.

Insurance

Insurance is mandatory for all exhibitors at Grocery Innovations Canada. As an exhibitor participating at the GIC Show, you must have adequate Liability Insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 limit to protect the Exhibitors, the Attending Public, the Show Organizer and Yourself. Our insurance policy does not extend coverage to any exhibits and requires you to submit a Certificate of Insurance upon receipt.

There are two(2) ways to arrange the required Insurance

OPTION #1: SINGLE EVENT INSURANCE
Grocery Innovations Canada has appointed Exhibitorinsurance.com as the recommended insurance contractor for exhibitors. Orders can be made directly online at www.exhibitorinsurance.com by clicking Order Insurance and entering Grocery Innovations Canada.

Exhibitors to Obtain Insurance 

Option #2: YOUR OWN INSURANCE

Contact your own Insurance Company, request a Certificate of Insurance with the following requirements below:

• Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers listed as an additional insured.
• Dates of the show: October 27 – October 31 (includes move-in and out dates
• Comprehensive General Liability of $2,000,000
• Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability subject to a maximum $1,000 Deductible.
• Products and Completed Operations Liability
• Contingent Employers Liability
• Broad form Property Damage
• Cross Liability clause
• Severability of Interest Clause

Show Guide / Show Special Form

The due date for the Show Guide Listing form is August 14, 2024.

The Show Guide listing form, if completed and sent by the deadline, allows Exhibitors more exposure by having a presence in the official GIC Show Guide.

ShowTech Show Services

ShowTech is the exclusive supplier of electrical and plumbing for GIC.

Some services they provide are electrical, lighting, mechanical, and sign & banner hanging.

For the BEST pricing order by October 9, 2024.

Toronto Congress Centre (TCC) Food Sample Form

Any Exhibitors providing food samples must complete receive approval from the TCC.

To receive approval, complete the Food Sample Form. Direct questions and email the completed Food Sample Form to Joanne Attard at the TCC: jattard@torontocongresscentre.com .

Food Sample forms due date is October 14, 2024.

If assistance from the TCC for food preparation is required, Exhibitors must let the TCC know by October 18, 2024.

Booth Cleaning

Exhibitors can have the TCC staff take care of your cleaning needs.
The TCC offers a wide range of cleaning services.

Order Booth Cleaning services by October 21, 2024.

CCR

CCR is the exclusive supplier of audio, visual, and internet for GIC.

Exhibitors will need to create an account by clicking “Register Now”. If you already have an existing account, simply login and search for GIC in the search bar.

Once in the store, you’ll find all AV & internet available listed under departments. Please select the dates and times for delivery and pickup for when a representative from your company will be onsite at the booth. Add the items to vour cart and continue through the checkout process. Be sure to Include your bootn number wnen checkine out.

Cold Storage

Freezer & Refrigeration space is available for rent during Grocery Innovations Canada.

Lead Retrieval

Lead Retrieval allows Exhibitors to connect with Attendees to help build potential and important relationships.

The EARLY BIRD date is October 7, 2024.

Exhibitors can continue to order Lead Retrieval online until the Show opens.

New Product Showcase

The New Product Showcase is a great way to be noticed by Retailers. It provides a second location for your products: right by the main entrance.

Purchasing a space allows Exhibitors to be eligible for the Top Ten in Grocery contest.
