Cold Storage Application

For exhibitors requiring cold storage, REFRIGERATED or FREEZER space is available. Cold storage product may be delivered during move-in, beginning and daily ONE HOUR prior to Show Opening. A company representative must be present to sign in the product upon delivery. Show Management will not be responsible for misplaced product if no representative is present. Deliveries outside the scheduled hours will be turned away at the exhibitor’s expense.

*Note: 1 Pallet = 4ft L x 4ft W x 4ft H = 64 Cubic Ft.

Cost (for duration of the show):

• 1 – 20 CUBIC FT: $165.00
• 21 – 40 CUBIC FT: $280.00
• 41 – 60 CUBIC FT: $360.00
• OVER 61 CUBIC FT: Call for quote

Note: On-site costs increase. Book now! Underestimating space will result in cost adjustments. An additional $150 labour fee applies if excess shipment arrives and no company representative is present to assist.
